Eric Verniaut was named executive vice president of M3 Industries (Fashion, Food & Beverage, Equipment Service Management & Rental) in June 2009. He joined Lawson as executive vice president of Professional Services in November 2008. Mr. Verniaut has 20 years of international executive experience in the IT industry with a strong background in professional services. He was chief executive officer of T-Systems North America and chairman Americas region of T-Systems Enterprise Services, a subsidiary of the Deutsche Telekom Group from 2006 to 2008. From 1992 to 2006, Mr. Verniaut held various international leadership positions at gedas Group, an IT and consulting firm, where he was instrumental in internationalizing the professional services organization. Mr. Verniaut started his career as a project manager with IBM Deutschland in Berlin.
